1. Purchases and Refund Policy

2. Payment Plans and Billing
We offer flexible payment options to make our services accessible:
Pay-in-Full Discount: Clients who pay the total amount upfront receive a discounted rate compared to installment plans.
Installment Plans: Payment plans are generally noted on the offer page; however, if not noted, plans may be requested at info@kelligoldin.com.
Early Payout: If using an installment plan, you are welcome to pay off your remaining balance early at any time without penalty. Upon early payout, all future installments will be resolved and cleared.
3. Failed Payments and Collections
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain valid payment information on file.
Default Grace Period: If a payment fails, we will attempt a second charge.
Suspension of Access: If the second attempt fails, your access to all products, digital resources, and coaching sessions will be suspended immediately.
Acceleration Clause: Continued non-payment may result in the full remaining balance of the contract becoming due immediately. Access will only be restored once the account is brought current.
4. Sales Tax (New York State)
As a business operating out of New York, we are required by law to collect sales tax on applicable digital products and services delivered to residents within the state. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
